Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Manage Invoices-Receive and Process Invoices

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Descriptive Flex Field (DFF) is not displaying in the ADFI spreadsheet.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Descriptive Flex Field (DFF) should be displayed in the ADFI spreadsheet.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Download Invoice Spreadsheet
2. Enter header details
3. Click in 'Additional Information' field
  - Context box is displayed with no drop down
  - No ability to select DFF from the LOV

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot enter required values for DFF in the ADFI spreadsheet.
