Unifier: No data is uploaded when importing line items via CSV in General Spends BP and no errors are shown (Doc ID 1991178.1)

Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When trying to import line items via CSV in a General Spends BP, no data gets imported after the upload and no errors are shown.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When importing line items via CSV, the data should appear in Unifier.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

NOTE: To reproduce problem, Percent Complete, Cumulative Scheduled Value or Previous work completed must be zero

  1. Login to Unifier and go to a record in a General Spends type BP
  2. Open the record and choose "Export Line Item Template"
  3. Fill the line item template with the relevant information for the tab you want to fill in.
  4. Import the filled line item template back in the record
  5. Notice that no error occurs, but data does not get uploaded into Unifier


BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot import the line item as expected.
