ADF Errors When Saving Opportunities

Receiving ADF Errors when saving Opportunity records. The errors seem sporadic, not occurring on the same record every time.


ERROR

ADF_FACES_60097: For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with ADF_FACES_60096: Server Exception.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
eating New Item:
1) Go to Navigator > Sales > Opportunities
2) Create new Opportunity
3) Fill out required fields
4) Click “Save and Edit” - - Please note clicking "Save and Close" does not cause this error.
5) ADF Error is displayed
6) Create New Opportunity
7) Click “Save and Edit”

Editing an Opportunity:
1) Go to Navigator > Sales > Opportunities
2) Find an item previously entered and edit
3) Make a change
4) Click “Save” - Please note clicking "Save and Close" does not cause this error.
5) ADF Error is displayed
