Symptoms

Run CRM File Import for Employee Resource object to reassign the HCM manager and process has Completed status.

Sample csv data file:

WP_BusinessUnit,WP_LegalEntity,WP_FirstName,WP_LastName,WP_EmailAddress,WP_ManagerEmail
<BusinessUnit>,<LegalEntity>,<FirstName>,<LastName>,<useremail>,<MANAGEREMAIL> 


Note: <MANAGEREMAIL> is all in Caps




PROCESS LOG SHOWS:

STEPS
Navigator > Setup and Maintenance > Manage File Import Activities


BUSINESS IMPACT
Due to this issue, users cannot update the HCM managers using File Import as a workaround.
