Classic Insight: Only One or a Few Subscription Scheduling Options Available for Insight Report (Doc ID 1991744.1)

When trying to setup subscriptions for one of our reports, under the "Schedule" option, we are only presented with one (or a few) options for scheduling. In other reports, we have many more options. Is this a limitation and if not, how can we get all of the Classic Insight subscription scheduling options?
