Fusion HCM: When performing a Global Temporary Assignment - No “seniority Date” is displayed In “Manage Work Relationship" (Doc ID 1992218.1)

Symptoms

Seniority Dates are note populated correctly in Active Assignments performing after Transfers / re-assignments.

Two Conditions have been described:

1. Global Temporary Assignment
a. Different Legal Employee in a different Country
b. The Original (inactive) assignment shows:
- Legal Employee Seniority date = 16/06/2008
- Enterprise Seniority date = 16/06/2008
c. The Current (ActiVe) assignment created by the GLobal Temporary Assignment does NOT show any Seniority Dates

2. Global Transfer
a. Different Legal Employee in a different Country
b. The Original (inactive) assignment shows:
- Legal Employee Seniority date = 16/06/2008
- Enterprise Seniority date = 16/06/2008
c. The Current (ActiVe) assignment created by the GLobal Temporary Assignment Shows
- Legal Employee Seniority date = NO DATE
- Enterprise Seniority date = 16/06/2008

Requirements

In BOTH Cases - Global Transfer and Global Temporary Assignment - the Legal Employee Seniority Date and Enterprise Seniority Date should be populated.
