Goal

How to configure different approval flows depending on the Absence type:
1. For all leaves other than Sick Leave or Maternity Leave, it needs to go to one level line manager and then an Approval group
2. For Sick Leave, approval should go only to another approval group.
3. For Maternity leave, approval need route to one level line manager.
