OSC Mobile Still Logging Interactions (not Activity) When Auto Call, Email, Etc (Doc ID 1994033.1)

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Functionality

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR 

When logging into OSC Mobile the option of clicking on a phone number or email allows you to perform these tasks by clicking and calling and clicking and emailing from inside the application. When you enter back into the application after performing the task the application prompts you to record the Interaction. As the change from Release 8 to Release 9 is that the applications record only Tasks or Appointments in Activities. These type of prompted interactions are recording just as the past interactions saved as completed tasks. They are not showing up in the task list on the third tab down on a call report or completed tasks (only in all tasks). They are not showing up as activities or tasks on the mobile application after completing them as well. I have created an activity report demonstrated (attached screenshot details) that they show on a table but not on a graph. Also, I have provided screen shots from my iPhone indicating the language of it recording as an Interaction.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expected result is that this event (mobile app prompting to record an interaction) would trigger a task and not an interaction as well as provide the correct language.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. OSC Mobile - click on a phone number - allows you to email or call
2. Record Interaction
