Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Receivables, Manage Customers

When attempting to add contacts for new or existing customer accounts, the following error occurs.

ERROR

You must enter the first name or last name or both for a person. (HZ-120071).


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new customer account (Receivables > Billing > Create Customers) Save.
2. Communication Tab
3. Edit Contact
4. Actions > Create Contact, pop up window.
5. Add First, Last
6. Mark Contact as primary
7. Save
8. Error: You must enter the first name or last name or both for a person. (HZ-120071).
