Rehire Recommendation Authorizer List Does Not Limit To Only Line Managers And Does Not Sort By Last Name (Doc ID 1994972.1)

Symptoms

When performing a termination, the list of values for the field Authorizer in Manage Work Relationship UI is not being limited to Line Managers only.
Instead, the list of Authorizers is pulling all employees and the list is unsorted. This makes it difficult to identify and select the correct authorizer when there is a large number of employees.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the list of Authorizers to include only Line Managers and to be sorted by Last Name, First Name.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manage Work Relationship -> Actions = Terminate -> Rehire Recommendation -> Recommend for Rehire = No -> Authorizer
2. Observe the LOV is pulling all employees and the names are not sorted
