[Release 9] Keyword Search Not Working Properly (Doc ID 1995447.1)

Symptoms

Keyword search on contacts and customers is returning the error FND-6603 or not returning data at all.
Even after a Full CRMDomain Bounce the problem still persists

Steps To Reproduce:
Scenario 1:
1. Navigator> Customers
2. Customers> Search panel
3. Select Contacts from the drop-down list
4. Select ¿Keyword Search¿ and search for any contact
5. The search have returned the error: ¿Search is not currently available. (FND-6603)

Scenario 2:
1. Navigator> Customers
2. Customers> Search panel
3. Select Customers from the drop-down list
4. Select ¿Keyword Search¿ and search for any customer or letter
5. The search have returned the message ¿No data to display¿.
