"The guest user 'guest1@GuestCompany' does not exist. Please contact your system administrator" When Enabling Guest Profile (Doc ID 1995911.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to edit the Guest Profile in General Site Options after enabling Guest accounts, the following error appears.

"The guest user 'guest1@GuestCompany' does not exist. Please contact your system administrator."

In addition, "Login Failed" appears on the login screen.



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Login as Superuser
  2.  Admin > General Site Options
  3.  Click "Guest Profile"
