Why are the OrganizationName,UniqueNameAlias and PartyUniqueName Account fields showing as not required in the List view and Required in the Edit view? (Doc ID 1996511.1)

Goal

In App Composer>Common>Account>Fields, the OrganizationName,UniqueNameAlias and PartyUniqueName fields are showing as Not Required in the List view and Required in the Edit view. These field should be required and it should not be possible to change.

As a result of this when the Account Name field as displayed in Sales Cloud for Outlook Outlook it appearing as Not Required even though it still appears as required in Web UI
