Account Drop Down Is Blank On File Import And Export (Doc ID 1996670.1)

Symptoms


When attempting to load data, and access the File Import and Export page or attempting to load the file that was successfully loaded previously to UCM - the 'accounts' drop-down has no values associated to it.

 
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load file to UCM.


2. Note the Content Id.
3. Attempt to load the data.
