On : NA version, Rules Engine

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Customer uses Geo Location tables for country -- since the 15-01 release this condition no longer works.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
GeoLocation by country are in mixed cases (e.g. United States) and Condition must be met for as long as the IP Address is from the spcified country.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create a Rule with Condition=GeoLocation"IP Location (applied by Country)
2. for Regular Expresion use (Argentina | United States)
3. test site page using an IP address coming from US

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Rules with GeoLocation condition did not trigger on the customer page.
