Symptoms


When attempting to install the Outlook plugin and run the Sync for three users(Chief Sales Officer, a Regional Vice President, and a Sales Director), we get the error "Application experienced technical difficulties.
Further troubleshooting should be done by technical support. Error code FC0057".

Steps:

1. Install the Application
2. Run the Sync

User should be able to Sync

Actual Behavior:

User is receiving an Error
