ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When creating a direct deposit payment method for an employee, the Routing Transit Number field is missing. The header is there but there is no field in which to enter the number.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to be able to enter the Routing Transit Number on an employee's direct deposit setup.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. My Portrait > Manage Personal Payment Methods > Create > Choose Direct Deposit >
or
Person Management > Search for an Employee > Select the employee > Manage Personal Payment Methods > Create > Choose Direct Deposit >

2. Enter all details but notice that Routing Transit Number cannot be entered.
