Symptoms
On : 11.1.8.0.0 version, Manage Payroll
When attempting to end date element "Local Salary Advance" on 01 Feb 2015
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
"The input value cannot be deleted because it was used in run results. (PAY-1635645). If you no longer want to use the input value, enter an end date for any formula results that use it. Update (delete or comment out) references to it in the element formula, and change the allow entry option for the input value to N (no)."
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open manage element task
2. End date element from 1 Feb 2015
receive error but cannot see any run results for this element in Feb 2015 ,only Jan 2015
