Unable to connect to Essbase cube using Smart View and SSO login. When you try to connect, you get the following errors:

Connection to Shared Services provider failed
Error message: The provider running at is not a Shared Services provider

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open MS Excel
2. Click on the Smartview Tab
3. Click on the Panel Icon and then on the Shared Connections
