Dependent Loaded Through Contacts FBL Are Not Available as Dependents for Benefit Enrollment Process (Doc ID 1998010.1)

Goal

Dependent loaded through Contacts FBL are not available as Dependents for Benefit Enrollment Process.

We loaded Contacts through FBL Process which included Employees Dependents. The Contact Load Process has Dependent data with DEPENDENT_FLAG as Y for Business Object (PersonContact) VO Name (PersonContactVO) and Attribute (DependentFlag).

We get error during Benefit Enrollment process as "Error -- Unable to find eligibility for the dependent. Dependent might not be eligible for this."

Note : If we delete and enter these Dependents on Contact Pages Online and run Enrollment Process, then we are able to Enroll these Dependents into respective Benefit Plans.
