Fusion Global Payroll: Previously Submitted HCM Extracts are not Shown in Payroll Checklist Search After the Upgrade to Release 9 (Doc ID 1998155.1)

After upgrading to Release 9, previously run HCM extracts are not returned in the search results of Payroll Checklist>Overview

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator>Payroll Checklist
2. On the Overview tab, enter a Payroll Process Flow Name of a flow that was run prior to the upgrade
