Symptoms

After the upgrade previously run HCM extracts are not returned in the search results of Payroll > View Flows.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Navigator > Payroll > View Flows.
2. In the Search box, enter a Payroll Process Flow Name of a flow that was run prior to the upgrade.
Note: No results found.
