How To Create, Edit, and Delete Configurations

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When a sales rep is working an opportunity with a customer and they are ready to add products to a quote they will create a configuration. Once a configuration is started they will be taken into the configurator where they will be guided through the selling process.
After a configuration has been created the sales rep can reopen the configuration to make changes, add additional quantities, update selection and apply additional discounts.
If a configuration becomes out of date or was created in error it can be deleted.
