Symptoms
Custom values for Win Loss Reason field in Opportunity object is not displayed
Added few custom lookup values for Win Loss Reason field with Lookup Type as MOO_WIN_LOSS_REASON.
Inactivated the OOTB lookup values and can also see the values in LOOKUP table.
But the Win Loss Reason field in Simplified UI and Standard UI continue to show the old values. None of the new values are displayed.
Have successfully displayed custom Win Loss Reason values in previous implementations.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Custom lookups should display while disabled lookups should no longer by visible within Win/Loss Reason LOVs.
STEPS
-----------------------
-Setup & Maintenance > Go to 'Manage Standard Lookups' task
-Add and enable desired lookup codes
-Disable disable un-needed codes
-Save
-Verify changes on SUI and notice that changes do not display
