Goal

When attempting to delete leads that are in unqualified status in Simplified UI, the following error occurs.

You do not have the required permission to take this action. You can request that your help desk change your security settings.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login Simplified UI
2. Go to Leads application
3. Edit an existing lead that is in unqualified status
4. From the Actions menu, select Delete
