Invalid Stream Re-authorization Notifications Daily

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Receiving re-authorization notifications daily that a stream (or streams) needs re-authorizing, but all streams in the account show green and some of the emails don't show which stream might need re-authorizing.
1) Re-authorization emails were sent to users, but when the user accessed the system, no streams needed to be reauthorized.
2) Re-authorization emails were sent that listed no Social Properties.
3) Users received emails for Social Properties they are unable to re-authorize.
