Symptoms

Step 1 – Hire and Employee into Fusion HR with Salary and Payroll. The hire date should early enough so you can do a global transfer.

Step 2 – Transfer the employee to another legal entity.

Step 3 – Implement Fusion Benefits

Step 4 – Do a benefits conversion with an effective date later than the global transfer date of the employee.

Get error:

Error occurred running Participation Process -- Life Events. Error Message is -- ORA-20001: The coverage or benefit amount could not be determined due to lack of human resources data. Details: No coverage or benefit amount for the person Grandhi, Anil was determined. The person's salary value is blank. This error occurred in the package ben_determine_coverage.main. Check the definition for the derived factor Stated compensation to ensure that the person has a valid salary amount for the processing date.
