On : NA version, Workflow and Automation

Client receives notification to reauthorize social properties when none require reauthorization in Workflow and Automation.

Notifications should only be received by customer when a social property requires reuauthorization.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Check email notification from SRM system
2. Click the link to visit the properties that need reauthorization
3. Observe that streams do not require reauthorization in the account
