Goal

To identify the role needed to administer Oracle Social Network (OSN) on a Cloud POD.

As described in in the OSN documentation on Using Oracle Social Network

There are two types of administrator users: site and tenant.

Site administrators, Cloud Operations Team, have the "OSN SITE ADMIN" role which is reserved for Oracle personnel who have access to extended functionality for Oracle Social Network administration.
Tenant administrators have access to features that allow them to do all the typical management tasks for users, social definitions, conferencing and cloud document services, and more.
