To identify the role needed to administer OSN on a Cloud POD.
As described in in the OSN documentation on Using Oracle Social Network, Chapter 15 Administering Oracle Social Network:
There are two types of administrator users: site and tenant.
- Site administrators, Cloud Operations Team, have the "OSN SITE ADMIN" role which is reserved for Oracle personnel who have access to extended functionality for Oracle Social Network administration.
- Tenant administrators have access to features that allow them to do all the typical management tasks for users, social definitions, conferencing and cloud document services, and more.
