Notfications do not appear in the Bell Icon in the Fusion ATKHomepage (Doc ID 1999459.1)

Symptoms

Fusion Applications version 11.1.8 is been used.


The bell icon on the right top of the page, does not show the notifications of actions that are recently performed.
The start tab does show the recent notifications.
the issue is only with Performance Management tasks
