Unable to assign an "Eyal Oren" as the owner or team member of an account

As this user exists in the resource directory and also has the Sales Rep role assigned, it should be possible to assign him to an account.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Fusion application
2. Click on Account tab
3. Drill down on specific account
4. Try to assign "Eryal Oren" as Account Owner
