Customer has created a questionnaire with questions of type - single choice and responses based on a rating model. The questionnaire has been added to the performance template. Although the rating model contains only 3 levels, when the questions are displayed in the questionnaire during performance evaluation, an additional option named 'No Opinion' is shown. Why is this option shown, and how can it be removed?
