Symptoms

When trying to either Lod or "Load and Activate" the dimensions for Industry and Geography under Territories and Quotas > Enable dimensions and metrics, it completes with errors:

Loading Members for Dimension Geography process started. (MOT-480428)
JBO-MOT:::MOT_SYNCH_FAILS_ACCESS: <MESSAGE><NUMBER>MOT-480321</NUMBER><TEXT>Synchronization of the dimension with the code Geo failed. Unable to access the source dimension members data.</TEXT><CAUSE></CAUSE><ACTION></ACTION><DETAILS></DETAILS><INCIDENT></INCIDENT></MESSAGE>
Loading Members for Dimension Geography process ended (Completed with errors). (MOT-480427)

The Loading Extensions for the Dimension Account process started. (MOT-480376)

The Loading Extensions for the Dimension Account process ended (Completed with errors). (MOT-480375)
