ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Evaluate HCM Group Membership is evaluating for all eligible employees
Created a HCM group by Payroll definition.When I run "Group evaluation Process", it is not taking all employees.
Only employees name starting with "A" in the group members list.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
We should be able to see all employees in the group.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Manage HCM Groups.
2. Create a new group based on Payroll definition.
3. Attempt to view the list of employees.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot continue with their T&L implementation.
