Fusion Performance Management: Not Able To Complete The Task Share Performance Document

11.1.9.2.0 

PROBLEM STATEMENT
1-Share Performance Document is in status continue
2-The Manager / the HR are able to complete the task of the Performance Document (PD) and it is in "In Progress" state on Page Update Performance Tasks.
Errors listed (18 times) as follows On Pop-up screen Move Task Forward
You must provide a value for the attribute Evaluation type
You must provide a value for the attribute Rating Model
You must provide a value for the attribute Proficiency
  
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Employee: D W
Manager / HR Specialist: Stephen Fleming
Process Flow:

1-Employee Self Evaluation
Log in as Employee  to complete Self Evaluation:
Create Performance Document and received Confirmation that the Performance documented was submitted

2-Managerial Evaluation of Employee
Log in as Manager to do Managerial Evaluation:
Review Employee' s Performance Document (PD) and submit and received a Pop message Performance documented was submitted

3-Post Managerial Evaluation, Login as Employee :
Found that Rating not visible as manager has not shared the rating.


4-Login as Manager S.F  to Share the Performance Rating:
Share and Edit Performance Document status continue
A Pop screen with the following :
The Performance document was shared with the worker
The Manager has control of the Performance document
Rating is now being shared by the Manager.

5-Login as Employee :
Employee is able to see manager’s rating now post the manager sharing task.

6-Login as Manager / HR Specialist:Still the Share Performance Document task is “in progress” and not able to complete it.
On Page Update Performance Task
Warning: This is the last Task in the process flow: If you continue the performance Document will be completed .Do you want to continue. Click Yes
Pop up Screen Move Task Forward and click Okay
Errors listed (18 times) as follows
You must provide a value for the attribute Evaluation type
You must provide a value for the attribute Rating Model
You must provide a value for the attribute Proficiency

 
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Complete Performance Document of Employee  via Manager or HR specialist role.
