When attempting to upload a PPT file in Lightbox, the following error occurs.
Could not find server with webkey /cs/
Then when navigating away from the Lightbox screen, the following error occurs:
ADF_FACES-60097:For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096:Server exception during PPR, #3
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Fusion Applications, in the SImplified UI, click the icon for Lightbox.
2. Click the button to Upload a file.
3. On the confirmation screen for uploading the file, the first error occurs.
4. When navigating away from the Lightbox page to any other page, Analysis, Forecast etc, the second error occurs
