Social Campaign Reports: Unable to open saved file (Doc ID 2002094.1)

 When clicking the download button, it downloads a weird file type that user cannot open (just says the file type is ‘file’).

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Drill on "Download:This page" from Listen & Analyze >Social Campaigns>Custom Analytics
2. Once data is downloaded, select to OPEN the file
data is downloaded in excel spreadsheet
3.Once data is downloaded, select to SAVE the file

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users unable to use the function on offered - Listen & Analyze >Social Campaigns>Custom Analytics>Download:This page
