Error Loading Content - Server Error On Custom Object Added to Sales Cloud Mobile (Doc ID 2002752.1)

Symptoms

-A Mobile page has been created for a custom object, and added to the Mobile Springboard.

-The custom object had correct assignments in Application Composer Security level for the object...

e.g for the user that was attempting to access, it had been granted permision to one of its Roles (Sales Manager for example)

(Please note, if the security at this level is not set.. then the same errror detailed below will occur)


-When attempting to access the a Mobile custom poage  icon , either of the following error may occur.

   Error Loading Content Server Error

 

or

 

You do not have permission to access this information

 


For non-SaaS customers, following error is seein in SalesServer*Log :

Caused by: oracle.adf.controller.security.AuthorizationException: ADFC-0619: Authorization check failed: '/cust/apps/sales/mobile/ui/sales/flow/IHC_CustomerProject_c/ZmsMyObject_cMasterTaskFlow.xml#ZmsMyObject_cMasterTaskFlow' 'VIEW'.
at oracle.adf.controller.internal.security.AuthorizationEnforcer.handleFailure(AuthorizationEnforcer.java:182)
