Mobile Approvals Fail For Specific Email Client (Doc ID 2002987.1)

Symptoms

When approving a quote via a specific email client, an error message may be sent back:

An error has occurred while trying to process your Request. No changes have been saved. Details of the error are:
Keyword was not found in the email.

In the error logs: [ERROR] com.bm.xchange.services.mail.MailService.trimHtmlForEmailBody(MailService.java:869) - Email body could not be parsed correctly, see comment in MailService.trimHtmlForEmailBody

However, the quote is able to be approved using other email clients.
