Symptoms

When attempting to start synchronization between Outlook and OSC the following error occurs.

ERROR

[ERROR] [first chance exception]: struct resource_manager::resource_not_found: resource id 'lbl.person.fld.OutlookSalesAccountFlag' not found
[ERROR] [gen]: Exception (struct ml::rethrowable_exception) encountered: "resource id 'lbl.person.fld.OutlookSalesAccountFlag' not found"
[ERROR] [Tray Icon]: Internal error: Oracle Sales Cloud for Outlook has encountered an error. Please contact your system administrator.



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Outlook
2. Start sync
