Zip Code Based Account Assignments Are Not Working As Expected (Doc ID 2003269.1)

We have enabled zip code based account assignments and territories were getting assigned properly.


However, on certain accounts if the zip code is followed by an '-' and 4 digit number, the low level territory is getting ignored and the account is getting assigned to the next higher level territory. The expectation is that only first 5 digit is considered and assignments work as expected.

No with 5 digit zip code +additional 4 digit, it never worked.
