Information in this document applies to any platform.
This article covers TCB problem with integrations not running.
ALL of the following must be true for a problem to be covered by this article:
- TCB integrations are scheduled but do not run. (So if it starts to run but fails with an error this document is not relevant)
- No logs, result files or error emails are produced.
- The zone has recently been moved to a different server.
