TCB: Integrations Do Not Run Due After A Server Move

Information in this document applies to any platform.
This article covers an issue involving TCB integration(s) not running after it has been changed to a different server in Taleo. ALL of the following must be true for a problem to be covered by this article:
- TCB integrations are scheduled but do not run. (So if it starts to run but fails with an error this document is not relevant)
- No logs, result files or error emails are produced.
- The zone has recently been moved to a different server.
