Symptoms
While creating the Chart of Accounts (COA) Intercompany Rules, encountering an error.

You must enter a unique combination of chart of accounts, source, category, and transaction type. (FUN-720137)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Navigate to task Manage Intercompany Balancing rules
2. Try to create a chart of account intercompany balancing rules
3. The above error is displayed
