Symptoms

Smart view Getting "Invalid Member Name Or Filter" Error After logging into Smart View

This is a new installation of Smart view (excel Plugin) - The issue happens as soon as the user logs into the Smart View, also you get below inconsistent errors when running reports 

"invalid spread data, invalid protocol"
