On : 11.1.8.0.0 version, Functionality

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Mobile Sales App Call Interaction not prompting after disconnecting call in iOS 8.1

In iOS 7.1.1 this functionality works.

Note that in iOS 8.1, performing same steps but to send an email rather than make a call, the behavior works correctly same as iOS 7.1.1
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Have the same behavior in iOS 8.1 and 7.1.1

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Press Contacts
2. Select a contact
3. Press the phone number (a call is started)
4. End the call (different behavior iOS8.1 to iOS7.1)
---A. iOS 8.1
-------1. After ending call, returned to Mobile Sales App<--different behavior from iOS 7.1.1
-------2. No pop-up presented which asks to record Interaction
-------3. Press iPhone Home button
-------4. Double tap iPhone Home button to find and return to Mobile Sales app
-------5. A pop-up is presented which asks to record Interaction
--B. iOS 7.1.1
-------1. After ending call, returned to iPhone Call app
-------2. Double tap iPhone Home button to find and return to Mobile Sales app
-------2. A pop-up is presented which asks to record Interaction
