Why Is Contact Address Fields Showing Mandatory In Mobile App When Set In As Non-Mandator In Application Composer And Is Non-Mandatory In Both Simplified and Outlook Addin (Doc ID 2004270.1)

Goal

When editing a contact in the Sales Cloud for Mobile app, contact address is mandatory despite being set as non-mandatory in Application Composer and is non-mandatory in both simplified and outlook addin.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. 1. Log in to mobile app
2. Tap Contacts icon
3. Select any contact without an address assigned
4. Edit contact without providing address
5. Address fields are listed with '*' icon, indicating they are mandatory, and user is prevented from editing other fields unless an address is provided.
