ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #3 When Attempting to Enter Salary Details for a Pending Worker While Converting to an Employee Pending Workers Coming Over From Taleo TBE To Fusion HCM

On : 184.108.40.206.0 version, Global Human Resources
When attempting to enter salary details for a pending worker while converting to an employee the following error occurs.
Also the salary details area has no fields available to enter details.
User is able to add the salary for the employee in Manage Salary page, after converting the pending worker.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to New Person> Choose a pending worker> Convert Pending Worker
2. On Employment Information try to fill in Salary Information
3. The salary details area has no fields available to enter details> If the icon next to the Salary Basis is selected, error above occurs
