Chinese Characters Incorrectly Displayed when Documents Are Previewed in OSN WebClient

Chinese characters are not displayed properly when a document with Chinese characters is previewed using Oracle Social Network (OSN) Webclient.
This problem can happen with other Asian language characters like Japanese, Korean.
