Clicking on reports bookmark should take user to reports screen

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into login.instantservice.com
2. Click on reports bookmark in browser

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use product reports
