Entered values should remain even after selecting contact

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Accounts
2. Create Account
3. Enter Values
4. Select Contact
5. Return to Account creation page

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users facing difficulty to reenter details.
