There is a top level custom object called "Service Ticket" in Common Container. Service Ticket has been exposed as a sub tab in Account. When accessing Service Ticket from Account, customer needs a way to get a reference of the account from which it is accessed.
Drill on an account "XYZ"
Click on Service Ticket
Click New to create a record.
There is a choice list field called Customer, in the create service ticket applet, this need to be populated with the current value of the customer. This is not happening. However when you Save & Close the new record gets associated to the same account "XYZ".
So somewhere the code is holding a reference of account so customer need to know how to get the reference of the current account, it can be through groovy as well.
